Hila Rawet’s jewellery collections include a high degree of industrial design. Each collection involves different type of material: from folded paper sheets, to flexible plastic, metal buttons or leathers. The resulting jewellery is gutsy, with a feminine edge.  I wish I would get married again (hey hubby, not changing the partner… just maybe the accessories) so I could try a piece from the Kipul collection with my wedding dress.

Have a look around at Imogene.org. There’s a lot of very intersting creations on their website. I’m feeling like treating myself with a new necklace… again…

If I had one of those patches on my clothes when I was in primary school, I could have been an outcast (yep those didn’t make you very popular in my schoolyard)… but an outcast with style. I didn’t know anything about art at that time though (not that I would know much about art today) and I would have probably just screamed at my mum for trying to make me wear something like this!

sprattersandjayneThese handknitted cowl-necked scarves and neck-warmers by Spratters and Jayne are a good reason to look forward for cold days. I love when cozy is fashionable too!

Hummingbird

I love this necklace, because it’s simple and stylish and because I love hummingbirds. Hummingbirds must be the cutest and funniest birds ever (also the smallest).  I love the way they move and flap their wings. I read somewhere (who am I kidding! I read it on wikipedia!) that they can flap their wing 12-90 times per second depending on the species… wouaaaaw!

patouche

Oh I love this! It’s so gorgeous! I can already see little one wearing one of those (and ruining within 10 minutes, because it wouldn’t be fun otherwise). The top starts fitting around 8 months and continues to grow with the child up to 5 years! Plus it’s reversible!

I was again looking for some stuff for my friend’s wedding: we’ve done great on the invitations and the theme, but now I’m looking for some nice accessories. I like this headband but I’m not so sure it will go with my friend’s dress (yes… the dress… I’m not sure she’s made much progress on this side of the planning).

I was looking at those cute drawings by Penny Eager this morning and they made me smile. There’s something about this rabbit that just puts me in a good mood. Make sure to have a look at her Etsy shop and her blog.

I’m afraid I don’t have green fingers. I kill pretty much every plants I touch… no seriously it’s very sad. But this is good for me: no sunlight or water is required for these garden gems! These jewelries come with fake moss embedded inside (but you can have real moss in there if you prefer ). This is the greanest I could ever get… fake moss on my non-green-killers-fingers!

I love the space invaders necklace and yes I know it’s so geeky, why on earth would I wear that? But I love it, I love it, I love it (see… I said that 3 times, it means I really love it). The space invaders necklace is from Vice and Vanity. And while I was browsing on their website I’ve found some more pretty (non-so-geeky) necklaces… see… I’m no a total geek after all!
